Sealing packers elements for exploitation, reseaching and repair of wells.

JSC "CPA n.a. V.I.Chapaev" mastered the production of sealing packers elements for conducting layers gap; for conducting casing crimping and searching of leaks; for conducting repair and insulations works and other technological operations, which requires the creation of high pressure differentia at the parcker.

Each element represents a short rubber bushing, its size is match the packer size. So, for each parcker size requires its own sealing element.

Sealing packer elements have outer diameter from 82mm to 181mm, inner diameter from 47.7mm to 88.4mm and height from 63mm to 150mm.

Operability temperature range: from -20ºC to +150ºC.

Working environment: oil, produced water, natural gas, gas condensate, multiphase fluids.
